4. Evaluate, Refine and Maintain

drinking_waterIn this final step, programs are evaluated then refined and modified by the site committee based on the evaluation reviews/surveys.  Evaluation can ensure program efficacy when the program continues to be monitored and refined.

Another important component to this step is continued contact between the wellness site and its health department liaison. Check-in calls and/or visits may be part of the initial contract (MOU) then fulfilled for their crucial information in the evaluation component.
